The condition most people miss: BED states it is currently offering the rebate only on the ChargePoint Home Flex charger. Buying a different unit means no rebate, regardless of how good the unit is. There is also an EV rate offering a substantial credit on charging energy, conditional on charging only during defined EV charging hours.
